Our non-profit association was formed back in 2011 to support with professional training the growing numbers of laboratory technicians, aides, assistants and managers who work in the education sector in New South Wales & the ACT. We draw our members from state, independent and Catholic sectors, as well as tertiary and TAFE institutions.

2026 Professional Development
Wenona PD Cancelled
Just a quick update that we won’t be going ahead with the Wenona PD on 18 June this time.
We didn’t quite reach the numbers needed to run the day, so we’ve made the call to pause and look at running it again next year at a time that works better for more people.
We’re really grateful for the interest and support, and we’re sorry we won’t get to share the day with you this time.

This forum, for all NSW lab techs, is for asking questions, giving and receiving advice and sharing best practice with your colleagues in other schools. Emails are sent instantly and you will receive answers or advice very quickly!
